Charley at 4 Months

This little girl is growing, and according to her 4 month well check-up, she is healthy and perfect. Yay God!


Charley is 80th percentile for height and 50th percentile for both weight and head circumference. I would love to know what those cheeks are, but they don't do any measurements for that. ;)

2 Year Check Up

Once again, I get to report that we have a healthy and growing little boy.

Max weighed 29.5 pounds and measured 36 inches tall. Both 75th percentile.

He is incredibly talkative and bright for a 2 year old.

Thank you Jesus for a healthy and happy toddler.

Eighteen Month Update

Max had his eighteen month well visit [about 10 days early].

I've got two words for you: Growing. Boy.

He weighed 26 lbs 12 oz - 55th percentile.

He measured 34 inches long - 93rd percentile.

At eighteen months, Max has 25+ words [doctor shared that 5-10 is typical at this age]:

Daddy, Mommy, Abby, nose, sock, shoe, eat, bite, hot, cheese, uh-oh, dog, duck, blue, up, out, car, happy, more please, help me, shoot [as in a basketball, and he puts the hand motion with it], moojoo [that's his word for movie], baa baa [his beloved blankie], yes, and no. And it seems like he is saying a new one everyday...

Animal sounds he knows:

Lion = roar, Duck = quack, quack, Cow = moooooo, Horse = neigh

He also laughs and laughs when I snort like a pig, but he is yet to do it himself. Hmmmm....

Body parts he knows and points at when you say the word:

nose, ears, eyes, tongue [which is hilarious because he sticks his tongue out and wiggles it back and forth], toes and belly button.

We are so blessed to have a happy, healthy, bright and FUN little guy.

Fifteen Month Update

Max had his fifteen month well visit today. And I am thrilled to report he is 100% healthy!

He weighed 24 lbs 3 oz - 50th percentile 

He measured 33 in long - 95th percentile

We are so thankful for continued heath for our baby boy! 

Twelve Month Update

We received another perfect report on Mister Max at his 1 year doctor visit.

He weighed 22 lbs 3 oz - 50th percentile.

He measured 32 in long - 97th percentile.

We are so thankful for a healthy little boy. And we continue to pray God's perfect health over you, Maximus!

Nine Month Update

We received a perfect report at Max's nine month well visit!

He weighed 19 lbs 1 oz - 25th percentile.

He measured 30 in long - 95th percentile.

He is a happy and healthy little boy. We are so grateful!

Six Month Update

Can you believe it? 

Maximus is six months old. WOW.

The little man had his six month check-up today.

I am happy to report: All is well!

He weighed 17 lbs 5 oz - 50th percentile.

He measured 28 in long - 95th percentile.

We have a tall little boy on our hands!

Our pediatrician absolutely loves Max. She thinks he is the most adorable baby ever! She told us to keep doing what we are doing. He is happy, healthy and growing like a weed!
